Ross Nichols PCC is a coach and mentor with 26 years of British Army service and expertise across business, leadership, career, wellness, and cancer coaching. He leads the Cancer Coaching Community and the Creative Coaching Collective. He is the Editor of Poetry for Coaching, Transformation Through Verse.
Ross has shaped the global coaching profession through his work with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), co-creating the competency framework for mentor-coaching (2024) and the Official ICF Coaching Body of Competencies and Knowledge (2025). He is an ICF-registered mentor-coach and an ICF-registered coach educator.
