At Poetry for Coaching, we believe in the power of words to heal, transform, and connect. We strive to ensure our anthology, workshops, and community provide the "safe space" needed for your growth. If your experience has been anything less than soul-stirring or professional, we invite you to share your thoughts so we can restore the harmony of our service.
 

Our Complaints Process
 

Step 1: Submit Form – Provide as much detail as possible below.

Step 2: Acknowledgement – We will confirm receipt within 2 working days.

Step 3: Review – We will carefully investigate your concern and any relevant communications.

Step 4: Resolution – You will receive a formal response or proposed solution within 7 working days.

Thank you for getting in touch. Your message has been securely received and logged. A member of the Poetry for Coaching team will manually review your submission and send a formal acknowledgement to your email address within 48 hours. Please retain that email for your records, as it will confirm the receipt of your inquiry and the start of our formal 30-day response window.
