I'm a quiet seeker. I watch, absorb, and write poetry from what I notice. I find joy in walking, cooking, and traveling, and I hold the roles of mom, wife and sister close to who I am. That same quiet attentiveness shapes my coaching, where I like to challenge clients to go deep past the polished answers, creating space for them to pause and reconnect with themselves in ways they rarely make room for alone. I'm equally energised by the craft behind the work: researching, innovating, designing programs, and facilitating retreats and workshops that bring people together to pause, reflect and renew.
