Areas of Interest
As an HSP I process deeply, absorb details, feel empathically, sunrise moves me. I can be on an edge between over-stimulation:overwhelm. I always felt different, what’s wrong with me? I learnt I’m creative, imaginative, intuitive, sensitive. My purpose is to learn with, from and alongside others. I savour personal growth. Our self-belief, gifts and worth matter. It hurts to see difference in gender, sexuality, mental health and neurodivergence used to create borders. Hence the coaching and writing work I do. You’ll find me with those who want more, or writing in the sensitive coach’s pHiloSoPhy. I love books, journals, the seasons and nature.
