Founder of Avie Consultancy Ltd, I spent over 30 years in local government, mainly at a senior leadership level. My work now focuses on leadership development, coaching and legacy thinking - helping people step back, recognise the impact they have already had and consciously shape what comes next, whether that is promotion, pivot or retirement.
My book, The Legacy Coach (available on Amazon) is practical and accessible helping people recognise their legacy as it's happening not just at the end of their career.
I am currently starting to introduce poetry into my coaching work, and quietly working on a follow-up book, Legacy in Verse.
